This first year, the spotlight is on Åland's medieval churches and the historic Kastelholm Castle. In the years to come, new collections will feature themes from the Viking Age, the era of Bomarsund, and both World Wars. Each series will offer a fresh look into the fascinating past that has shaped Åland.

All 16 Åland municipalities are also included in our collection, each represented through word clouds that highlight key places and local treasures.
